Refund policy

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed.

Refunds will not be offered once a product has been processed.

Requests for returns and exchanges for orders within India would have to be initiated by the customer via email to us by writing to hello@worldofmayu.com within 2 business days upon receiving the order.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
